evoking Pushkin's "The Tale of the Dead Princess and the
Seven Knights," Made from 1908
through 1917 by a Moscow maker, most likely the workshop of
Khaim Monzon. The mighty warrior figure in Russian medieval
helmet must be the mythical ruler of the winds. This
outstanding

weighs 185 grams and is in very fine to excellent
condition.

Latin characters) are engraved on one side, possibly
indicating this was a gift for an English relative!
